Larmer Tree Festival
From the 15th until the 19th of July, 2009, about 4,000 people will be celebrating the Larmer tree festival again. Since 1990 this festival has become well-known for its chilled but family-friendly atmosphere.

The Entertainment programme contains live music (acoustic folk but also blues, jazz and reggae), street theatre and a lot of workshops for adults and children.

End of the Road Festival
As one of the last parties in the summer, the End of the Road Festival is celebrated on the 11th, 12th and 13th of September, 2009.
If you enjoy listening to good music, seeing hilarious comedians, watching films and participating in workshops then this festival will be the right choice for you.
The price for 3-day festival-going is £115 (including camping). Getting there will be easy with a shuttle bus, which takes you from Salisbury railway station to the festival arena.
Larmer Tree Gardens, Salisbury – a great venue
Created in 1880 as a place for public entertainment, the Larmer Tree Gardens are an amazing example of Victorian extravagance. If you step into them you’ll find a lot of adorned buildings and intimate alcoves, which create an enchanting atmosphere.
Because of their unique ambience they are also an important part of British heritage.
Nowadays the Gardens are still famous for hosting great events and entertainment.
